Mike Thorpe "Rockin' Your Country"

  AlterEgo was born out of the " Bring Your Axe" Jam, put on by the Brantford Musician's Association, when Mike Stoneman (piano) and myself (guitar) decided to form a band and do mostly classic rock and pop tunes. After Bill Koluk (bass) and Bill Isherwood (drums) agreed to be a part of the project, the band was complete.

We rehearsed and put together a set list containing everything from classic rock, old rock and roll, motown and even some country. We have also become very unique in that we are always throwing new songs into the mix during our shows, totally unplanned and unrehearsed,. This makes the nights very exciting and rewarding as musicians and for the audience.
